Sip boba tea and meet Battle of the Books author Nicole Chen!

Nicole Chen’s experience growing up Taiwanese American fuels her desire to write and tell stories that reflect a diverse and multicultural American identity. Hear about her writing process and her debut middle grade novel, It's Boba Time for Pearl Li! 

Grades 5-8. Parents, educators and Battle of the Books team managers welcome! Registration is required.
