Join us for Bayside Talks, a quarterly speaker series at the Bayside Library! The Department of Health joins us for a talk entitled: Taking the Fear Out of Falling: What You Can Do to Stay Safe and Independent


Join Dr. Brittany Samulski, PT, DPT, PhD, for an engaging and practical session on fall prevention for older adults and their caregivers. You'll learn why falls happen, what puts you at risk, and what you can do to reduce your chances of falling. Discover strategies to build confidence, improve balance, and even get back up safely.
