Help prepare your child to enter school ready to read!  This Storytime includes books, rhymes, and literacy activities that emphasize alphabet and letter recognition plus activities that support independence and confidence building.

Enjoy a warm and inviting space where you and your child can play and socialize with others in the community. Please note: This is a social event for both caregiver and child, as opposed to a traditionally structured program.

Boost independence and develop social skills using writing activities, basic concepts (i.e., colors, shapes, letters, etc.), large muscle movement, and social-emotional learning opportunities focusing on the whole child.

Engage your body and your mind! Join us for a monthly walk around beautiful Munden Point Park while enjoying a casual chat about popular books. Talk about titles you like and hear what others enjoy. Walks will last 30-45 minutes.

Get those fingers moving! Build eye/hand coordination skills and muscles in your child’s hand. Practice skills like cutting with scissors, writing, and drawing with fun, festive activities. Age 2 with a caregiver. Registration is required.

Build confidence and independence with an increased focus on more complex books, emphasizing alphabet and letter recognition, shapes, and hands-on activities. Age 3 with caregiver. Registration is required.

Bring your child to learn about Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math in this interactive program. This month we will be exploring the seed cycle. Age 3-5 with caregiver. Registration is required.

Bring your craft, your supplies and your passion! Meet other crafters and creators, share your ideas and get new ones!

Adults. Registration is not required.

Bring your babies to explore different artistic styles. Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy! Ages 3 months- 24 months with caregiver. Registration is required.

Practice creative problem solving and language skills while engaging in imaginative play! All materials are provided. Ages 3-5 with caregiver. Registration is required. 

Come in for 1.5 hour of board games and video games. We will have the Retro Duo system to try some old school video games, plus some childhood classic board games.

Get together with other adults with disabilities for socializing and entertainment. Build friendships, offer support, and share accomplishments. Adults. Registration required. 

Learn to use our Silhouette Cameo 4 desktop cutting machine! This orientation session, guided by library staff, covers everything you need to know to begin reserving time to work independently on our Silhouette Cameo 4 including:

Join us Wednesdays for teen-only activities. Enjoy movies, games, crafts, and more, with different selections each week. Grades 6-12. Registration is not required; drop in any time! This months movie: A Minecraft Movie. Rated PG.

Marvel at the comic book greats like Stan Lee, Jerome Siegel, and Art Spiegelman as we celebrate Jewish American Heritage month.
