Using your own powers of observation, learn techniques of how to paint flowers and plants with acrylics, following simple principles of design and color. This program is funded by Virginia Beach Arts and Humanities Commission and Helen G.

Get those fingers working! Build hand/eye coordination and muscles in your child's hand.  Practice skills like cutting with scissors, writing, and drawing with fun learning activities.  Ages 3-7 with caregiver.

Enjoy a warm and inviting space where you and your child can play and socialize with others in the community. Please note: This is a social event for both caregiver and child, as opposed to a traditionally structured program.

Use your imagination to build creations out of stackable bricks and other materials. Grades K-5. Registration is not required.

Bring the family and join us in the Joint-Use Library Children's Room for a building-themed Minecraft adventure! Explore different building and crafting stations, play themed games, and a strike a pose in the photo booth! All ages welcome.
