Come join us for a Calm Kids Children's yoga class! Sessions introduce simple poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness activities to help children build flexibility, balance, and relaxation skills in a fun and welcoming setting.

This one-hour weekly class will focus on pronunciation problem areas for learners of English.

Participants will read a story together and then find parts of the story that repeat to make a "chorus." We will use rhythm instruments to play the song and sing along! Grades K-5.
