How well do you know the special person in your life? Enjoy a gameshow style selection of challenges designed to test your connection and encourage us to learn more about each other.

Come and explore different artistic styles and types of media.  Please wear clothing suitable for getting messy.  Ages 5-7 with caregiver. Registration is required.

Bring your craft, your supplies and your passion! Meet other crafters and creators, share your ideas and get new ones! Adults. Registration is not required.

Perfect for homeschoolers! All are welcome! Join us Friday for a life size game of Clue. Be Miss Scarlet or Colonel Mustard and uncover the clues. 

Registration is required. Tweens and Teens, ages 9-18.

Its a tea party! Bring a friend! Explore the culinary art of charcuterie and make your own personal vintage teacup charcuteries.

Learn to design a paper lantern template using Silhouette Studio!  Participants will focus on mastering precision design tools for accurately placing cut lines and shapes.

Help prepare your child to enter school ready to read! This storytime includes books, rhymes, and literacy activities that emphasize alphabet and letter recognition plus activities that support independence and confidence building.

Do you want to use a 3D Printer at a Virginia Beach Public Library branch? Register for a required 3D printer orientation with a VBPL staff member to learn how to use the 3D Printer. 

Explore feelings together with stories and activities. Young children will practice recognizing and naming their feelings in a safe environment. 
Ages 3-7. Registration is required. 

Get those fingers working! Build hand/eye coordination and muscles in your child's hand. Practice skills like cutting with scissors, writing, and drawing with fun learning activities. Ages 3-7 with a caregiver. Registration is required.

Practice your reading skills by sharing stories with a therapy dog. Bring your own book or choose one from our selection!  Grades K-5.  Registration is required.

Paint a Valentine for yourself.

Drop-in and hangout with us as we watch Gnomeo and Juliet (2011)! Please bring your own snacks.

Rated G. Children ages 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
