Enjoy a small group storytime designed to allow children to explore a variety of sensory experiences.

Bond with your infant and build early language skills through rhymes, repetition, and music. Your child will enjoy quality board books and one-on-one book sharing. Ages 3-12 months with caregiver.  No registration required.

Enjoy a warm and inviting space where you and your child can play and socialize with others in the community. Please note: This is a social event for both caregiver and child, as opposed to a traditionally structured program.

Explore Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math in this engaging program. Ages 5-11. Registration is required.

Get those fingers moving! Build eye/hand coordination skills and muscles in your child’s hand. Practice skills like cutting with scissors, writing, and drawing with fun, festive activities. Age 2 with a caregiver. Registration is required.

Build confidence and independence with an increased focus on more complex books, emphasizing alphabet and letter recognition, shapes, and hands-on activities. Age 3 with caregiver. Registration is required.

Join us for our Adults with Disabilities Social Group game day. Build friendships, offer support, and share accomplishments. An assortment of board games will be available. Adults. Registration is required.

Mahjong was developed in 19th century China and is now played all over the world! Learn the classic game at the library, or join the group if you already know the rules. No experience necessary. Adults 18+. Registration is required.

Calling all Homeschoolers! Use your imagination to build creations out of stackable bricks and other materials. Ages 5-11. Registration is not required

Join Arts for Learning’s Nin-Eanna Bryant for “Expressions in Color,” where you’ll design and paint a mandala that reflects your unique self.

We all love a good challenge. Come and try out our Sphero drivers ed course and earn your license. Ready, Set, Go! Ages 8-11. Registration is not required. Seating is limited.

Play the game, Scrabble, for National Scrabble Day coming up on April 13. This is the classic game where players "put letters together, build words, and earn the most points to win." 

Teens, 12-18. Registration is required.

It's National Robotics Week! Come explore new technologies in this interactive, hands-on program! There is something for everyone! For all ages. Registration is not required.

Explore the library through a Minecraft-inspired scavenger hunt! Participants will complete fun, self-guided challenges using books and library spaces. This drop-in program runs for one hour, and no registration is required. Ages 9-13.

Join us Wednesdays for teen-only activities. Enjoy movies, games, crafts, and more, with different selections each week. Grades 6-12. Registration is not required; drop in any time!

Calling all teens! Our Teen Advisory Group presents Sip & Slime -  an opportunity to sip tasty beverages while enjoying the nostalgia of creating your very own personalized varieties of slime. 

Receive personalized, one-on-one assistance from a library staff member in a session designed specifically for you as an English Language Learner.

For non-native speakers of English. This is a FREE beginning-level class for speaking, reading, and writing English.

Adults. Registration required. 

In this fun, hands-on workshop, you’ll create a mixed media work of art, such as designing a personal mandala or an African Kente cloth.  Grades 9 and up. Registration is required.
