Week Calendar

Enjoy a storytime with a ballet teacher and student ballerina from Ballet Virginia, try out some poses pictured in the book, and then participate in a “mini" ballet class. Ages 4-10 years old. Registration is required. 

Enjoy a summer day and play some games outside! We will have a variety of fun oversized games along with some water activities to help cool off. There will also be a bubble area where you can create some giant bubbles.

Practice reading and literacy skills with a teen mentor! Reading Buddies is a 4-week reading program that combines one-on-one reading encouragement and group activities to foster a love of reading and build confidence.

Use your imagination to build creations out of stackable bricks and other materials. Grades K-5. Registration is not required.

Enjoy 10 hours of tabletop board games to play! Lots of games to choose from, or bring a game to share. Drop in and out throughout the day.

Join Ryan the Balloon Guy to make some zany balloon creations you can take home. Family. Registration is required for all participants regardless of age.

Looking for your roots, but not sure how or where to start? This course is geared for people beginning to research their family history. We are using Ancestry.com as our jumpstart, but will mention other resources as well.

Join us to get started painting with watercolor. No prior experience needed! Explore the basics of painting with watercolor, preferred supplies for beginners, and complete your first simple painting.
