Meet the Artist: Florence Womacks

Florence “Flo” Womacks is a Virginia Beach resident and native. She learned photography through self-assignments, and by reading many of the books and magazines available on the subject.  Nature and abstract imaging are among her favorite subjects.  Some of her images have been displayed on Good Morning America, the Hampton Roads Magazine, the Virginian-Pilot, Eastern Shore Travel Brochure, GROW Norfolk Botanical Gardens publications and Scenic Virginia  

Meet this artist at the Central Library on April 6 from 6-7:30 p.m. Her photographs will be on display throughout the month of April, 2022.
