 rvation processOrientations are available to customers 14 and older. A cur
 rent full-service VBPL account in good standing is required to attend the
  orientation. All attendees must sign a Terms of Use agreement to be able
  to reserve the Cameo. Teens age 14-17 must have a parent/guardian signat
 ure on their Terms of Use form as well as a youth library card in good st
 anding.Adults and Teens 14+. Registration is required.
