The Folio meeting room has direct access to a kitchen with the capability of setup for cooking instruction or demonstration.
The auditorium is the largest meeting venue at VBPL.
In combination, these rooms provide a venue for a large briefing with refreshments or similar set ups.
Equipment
The auditorium includes a lectern, 4 tables (2’ x 6’) and 8 chairs.
The Folio meeting room includes a lectern, 12 tables (2’ x 6’) and 75 chairs.
By request, the following can be used in the room: projector screen, multimedia projector, and hearing impaired system.
