Direct access to a kitchen with the capability of setup for cooking instruction or demonstration.

 

Equipment

The Libris and Folio rooms include a lectern, 24 tables (2’ x 6’) and 150 chairs. By request, the following can be used in the rooms: projector screen and multimedia projector. If both Folio and Libris rooms are reserved a podium microphone is available.
