This meeting room includes a eight (8) 30"x72" tables, two (2) 30"x48" tables, one (1) 58"x28" adjustable height table and seating for 40. The room also includes accessibility functionality for the hearing impaired.

The Auditorium is the largest meeting venue at VBPL.

The Folio meeting room has direct access to a kitchen with the capability of setup for cooking instruction or demonstration.

In combination, these rooms provide a venue for a large briefing with refreshments or similar set ups.

The Libris meeting room has access to a kitchen that is not attached to the room.

The Libris and Folio meeting rooms have direct access to a kitchen.

The Great Neck Meeting Room is a medium to small sized room with tables and chairs.

The Tidewater Community College (TCC)/City Joint-Use Library meeting room is available to community groups and non-profit organizations only. This meeting room is downstairs by the entrance and has a full computer with internet access.

This meeting room is a medium size room with tables and chairs that can be arranged in a classroom or meeting orientation. The room includes a lectern and large flat screen display that can be connected to a laptop or other device.

The Oceanfront Area Library meeting room is a medium to small sized room with tables, chairs, and a large flat screen display. Speakers are not provided. 

The Princess Anne meeting room is a medium to small sized room with tables, chairs and a flat screen display. Projector screen available but a projector is not.
