Come celebrate the 10-year anniversary of Tidewater Community College and Virginia Beach Public Library's Joint-Use Library. Bring the whole family to meet the VBPD Mounted Police, visit Parks and Recreation's bounce house, and tour our beautiful building. Create photo memories at the green screen, make a craft, enjoy a story and play a game or two. Everyone is welcome to join the fun! All ages. Registration not required.
