Come for 30 minutes and learn about many of the library’s beauty resources! Topics include Universal Class, Overdrive, Hoopla, and other library resources. Then you can take home a free body scrub kit.  Masks are required at TCC/City of Virginia Beach Joint-Use Library. Adults. Registration required.
