Meet the artist, Dino McCann at Meyera E Oberndorf Central Library Art Gallery on August 7, from 6-7:30 p.m.
Mr. McCann states, "I’ve had the opportunity to travel to a few beautiful countries and locations around the world. With each adventure I look to enjoy God’s incredibly beautiful creation. And in the process try and capture just a few parts of it through my shooting and editing processes. I want to convey my understanding of the location and the emotions evoked within me at the time through my photos. I enjoy creating photographic series that tell a story about my subject. As you browse through my portfolio you will see a focus on landscapes, cityscapes, nature, and black and white photography. I also enjoy portraiture photography. Some of my work is done near home along the beautifully scenic coast of Virginia, but a lot is from my travels state-side and abroad. I’m always looking to broaden my artistic horizons by testing genres of photography. I consider myself truly blessed to be able to look through my camera’s viewfinder capturing whatever captures me."
The artists' work will be on display throughout the month of August 2024.
Adults: children chaperoned by adults are welcome. Registration is not required.
