Does your child know what to do if confronted with an emergency situation? Join City of Virginia Beach Emergency Communications and Citizens Services for this interactive storytime. We will share books, create a fun craft, and get to meet Cellphone Sally! Ages 5-7 with caregiver. Registration is required.
