Details
May is National Postcard Week, an annual event to promote the use of postcards, held in the first full week of May since 1984.
Take a look at local postcards in the Virginia Beach Public Library Digital Archives, then choose a postcard and start writing a poem or flash fiction (short, short story) inspired by the postcard. Write and edit on the computer or bring a notebook to compose your creative writing.
