Details

Come chill out and calm down with mindfulness and meditation for kids. We will learn about the power of gratitude and the science of how deep breathing calms our minds and bodies while practicing some breathing techniques and moving meditations. Dress for the weather. For ages 7-11. Registration required. Event is weather permitting.
