Let stress and tension leave your body in this yoga class for teens by Calm Kids Yoga. Practice poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness activities to build flexibility, balance, and relaxation skills in a fun and welcoming setting. No experience needed. Grades 6-12. Registration is required.
