Using WebEx Meeting to see and hear you, we can help with mobile devices, library-related apps, basic computing and answering specific questions about Microsoft Office. Check out our Tech Help page for more details.
Once you book an appointment, staff will contact you within 2 business days to get more information about your question and to send you helpful information for joining the WebEx Meeting when it's time for your appointment.
Equipment
Computer with camera and microphone (webcam) or mobile device with the WebEx app installed.

Seating
One hour Virtual Tech Help appointments are available Tuesdays from:
- 9:00am-10:00am
- 10:30am-11:30am
- 12:00pm-1:00pm
Virtual Tech Help requests can be submitted three days in advance and up to one week in advance.
