Shaker Greeting Card Revisited

Learn how to make a shaker greeting card. It's called a shaker card because little bits (ex: beads, sequins) dance around when you shake the card. You can see the little bits dance through a clear window on the card. We'll be doing a different design from the previous Shaker Card program in March. All materials provided. Adults.
