Details
Join us in the Kempsville Library Youth Area to celebrate the beginning of VBPL's Summer Learning Adventure! Come pick up your learning adventure map, pick out some staff recommended books, and decorate your own summer library tote bag while supplies last. Ages 3-10. No registration required.
