This program is in partnership with both Virginia Beach Parks & Recreation and Virginia Beach Public Libraries. Whether you’re new to birdwatching or experienced, learn how to take your birdwatching to the next level using free apps and digital tools. Adults. Registration required. 

This is a 2-part series.  Part 1 will be at the Princess Anne Area Library and the second meeting will occur on Wed., Sept. 27 at 10 a.m. at Red Wing Park.  Registering for this program will register you for both in the series.
