Play Bingo, win prizes, and learn techniques for stretching, breathing, balance and fall prevention.  This is a free 10 week course that meets twice a week for 1 hour provided by Senior Services of Southeastern Virginia, and ends on October 15th.  Adults Ages 60+.  Registration is required.
