Join us as we celebrate African American Heritage. In 1965 the road to using voting rights in the south was arduous and many African Americans were denied their right through intimidation, poll taxes, beatings, imprisonment, and sometimes killed. But we did not give up. Today we will view Selma which depicts the 1965 marches in Alabama to secure voting rights for African Americans.
Adults. Registration is not required.
