Accessibility Hour

Accessibility Hour is when the Kempsville branch of the library will be opening an hour before our normal operating hours on the last Friday of the month. We are opening an hour early in order to better serve youth on the spectrum and/or with special needs in order to provide more accommodations that make them comfortable to come into the library.  We will have community partners on site to provide information for those with special needs as well information on library programs and services in our Children’s Area. Ages Birth to 18.  No registration required.
